Our prices are correct the time of publishing.
We do not charge your card until we dispatch your order, so you we treat your order as an offer to buy and not a contract of sale.


Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website that does not contain any element of a face-to-face transaction for a refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification (e.g. speaker cable), styli, audio/video recordings, blank media or software that you have opened, and items such as ear phones that, by reason of their nature of being in the ear, cannot be returned.

To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see contact us for details) within seven days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number, name and address. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) (including the manufacturer's shipping box and packaging for returning them in) and any supplied accessories. You must not use the the item(s).
 The item(s) must be in their original condition as sold.

You are also responsible for the return of the items back to our store (the scale of the delivery charge will depend on the value/size of the product).
We do not sell items on a "trial" basis; if you wish to try an item out before purchasing, then please visit our store where we have demonstration rooms.


UK Authorised Dealer
Everything we sell is UK stock and is in brand new sealed boxes unless otherwise stated (such as Blu-Ray players that have been multiregioned or ex display).
All the products we sell include UK VAT at 20%


Shipping
We only ship within the United Kingdom
Delivery is free to most of the U.K. mainland; England, Scotland (Northern Scotland incurs a surcharge for larger items sent by courier) & Wales.
 Anything that can be sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery incurs no extra charge. Please enter your postcode on our order page to find out what the charges (if any) and delivery methods are.



Price Match
If in the unlikely event you find any lower priced, stocked item anywhere in the UK, whether locally, printed or on any UK web site we will endeavour to match or beat it. Don't forget to include VAT (Import duty if they are outside of the EU), delivery charges (we offer free delivery, some sites hide delivery charges until the end of the shopping basket) , card surcharges, availability and whether it's boxed UK stock when you compare prices. Please email us stating the product, price (Including delivery charges), availability, retailers name and where you saw this price and we will see what we can do.

We use Sagepay to secure and process your credit card details; all information passed to Sagepay's payment gateway is encrypted.  Please note that we cannot take credit or debit card details over the telephone.



WEEE
Dumping electrical items can be harmful to the environment, threatening both local wildlife and human health by contaminating the soil and leaching hazardous materials into our water supplies. To stop this, we now offer to recycle your old electrical items on a like-for-like basis. This means that if you buy an SACD player with us you can return you old one within 28 days of purchase. We will then safely dispose of your old item, free of charge. If you purchase an item from us online and wish to return a like product to us you are responsible for any transportation costs incurred in getting it back to us. You can find our address above. In taking advantage of the WEEE directive, you are directly helping reduce the level of electrical waste found in landfill. Well done. This symbol is to remind you that your old electronics should be recycled, and not dumped. It does not mean “no wheelie bins”. It is a symbol for “please don’t put used or new electrical items in your bin”.
