The Pioneer PDSP-1 uses amazing new technology to create a full home cinema multi channel sound by beaming sound to points in a room.
It has 254 individual speakers and digital amplifiers built in.
Upon installation several settings will be set, taking the outline and acoustics of the room and the listener’s preferences into consideration. According to the number of people in the room, the sound beams can be widened or made more narrow. To generate perfect surround sound the rear surround channels are created by sound beams reflecting off the ceiling and the side/back walls. For the front channels, beams will be reverberated off the side walls to reach the listener from left and right.
